"Really warm, friendly staff. Treated with..."

Seen by two staff in the Dermatology Dep. Was pretty nervous/not looking forward to going, but the staff were very forthright, direct, informative, and yet friendly and warm as well. I sensed there was great communication between staff members, and I was treated with respect and dignity. It's not often that I'm given a comprehensive list of medications for my particular condition, or told about the condition itself in any great detail, but the Dermatologist went above and beyond to inform me, and make me feel at ease with what my options are, and what happens at each step. This was comforting to me, being in the loop, It felt like a collaboration rather than a very quick examination, followed by a prescription. All in all, very good department, made a miserable day in the hospital a lot more manageable.
