About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

My thanks to the ENT dept, particularly one lady, for the excellent service provided to my husband during the course of his recent visits. Undoubtedly first rate. I would also like to thank the lady in Podiatry who supplied me with more helpful information in one phone call than I have received from my GO's surgery in twelve months!

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent visits to the ENT Department and Podiatry Department at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital with your husband.

It is lovely to receive such positive feedback regarding the care and service your husband received during his visits and we are delighted to pass this on to the staff who will very much appreciate your comments as they always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care.
