"Exemplary Service"

Having called in to make an appointment in the morning, I was given one for an hour later. The receptionist was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. There was no waiting once I returned for my appointment, and the automatic arrival-recording system was very useful. The doctor I saw was exemplary in her empathy, efficiency and level of care offered to me. I cannot praise this surgery enough. In a time of great NHS pressure, this experience was very heartening indeed.
