Had a hernia opp the staff were amazing a have never been to a hospital that is so well run no waiting what I thought would be a nightmare turned into a very good experience full credit to the staff on day care ward

Many thanks for your feedback after your hernia op in Dr Grays. I am pleased to read that your experience exceeded your expectations.

The Senior Charge Nurse manages her ward very well ensuring patients move through the department efficiently which reduces the time patients have to wait pre and post surgery.

I will share your lovely comments with the SCN and her team.

I hope you have recovered well following the surgery and managing to get around.
