Support to my uncle and father

"Support to my uncle and father"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / General Medicine

(as a relative),

My uncle sadly took unwell and was admitted to hospital and was receiving treatment from the staff at Ward 6. During my uncle's time in ward 6 he was sadly deteriorating and sadly passed away. I can not thank the staff at ward 6 enough for the care and support that they gave to my uncle but also the support they gave to  my father who was visiting my uncle every day. 

A massive thank you to the staff at Ward 6
