"They totally understood my anxiety and fears"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I attended Boston Day patient clinic for a hysteroscopy for unusual bleeding. The team had seen me before and their care and attention to how I was feeling during and after the procedure was nothing short of how you would hope a loved one to treat you. They totally understood my anxiety and fears and at all times made sure if I was ok to continue. Janet's laughing was contagious and had us all in stitches by the end. Thank you so much again to the Boston Hospital.
