About: Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

(as a relative),

Needed to use the emergency dentist on Saturday. This was a quick service but I felt having to pay by cash and not having the card facility when you are in pain is not very considerate of patients needs.

I can confirm that the Trust will be implementing a card facility in the near future; however, I am sorry that on this occasion this was not possible.
