I was recommended for CBT 6/7 months ago to which I still haven’t been spoken to about. I have continuously deteriorated with my anxiety/ depression and now nothing can be done by school nurse etc due to them not being allowed to interfere with ongoing treatment which isn’t happening.

I'm very to sorry to note that you are still waiting for CBT in our service. In order to rectify this issue we would need to identify you. Therefore if you would like to contact us on the number below and wish to speak to me directly, then you are welcome to do so.

Please note that we are usually allocate our patients to therapists based on a first come first served basis to ensure that the process is fair and equitable to everyone.
