"The Staff need to learn some manners"

About: The Eden Surgeries

Just popped up to collect medication for 2 people and to try to get an appointment for myself. As I got to the door the lady told ne, very rudely they are now shut until tomorrow and promptly locked it!

Its 1.10pm.and the sign says they are open until 6.30pm. No explanation, no signs saying anything.

Why is it you always feel you are in the way of these people, they don't want to get things sorted, the website doesn't work, you cant aver get to see anyone quick enough. I'm so ashamed to be part of this community where the doctors practice is really this poor. This isn't just funding, this is about the quality of the people working there. It takes nothing to be polite and reasonable and to have time for others.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience, I realise how frustrating it must have been for you to have come all the way to the surgery only to find it shut. I am really sorry that you felt the member of staff to be rude, it was not intentional, however we have warned patients about the shut down this afternoon, there are three notices in the surgery, one on the front door, there is a message on the website and there is a message on our phone system.
