My daughter has just had a stay on L17. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very caring and compassionate. As i live a good distance away they contacted me regularly. How much this was appreciated is too hard to put into words. It definitely came across that "above and beyond" was their norm. Thank you all so, so much. I truly hope that someone in management reads this and thanks you all for being a credit to them.
