"Excellent treatment by physiotherapist"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Physiotherapy University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as a service user),

Just writing to comment on the excellent treatment given to our daughter  especially by Physiotherapist Olivia, at Wishaw General hospital over the last few months; when she first attended, she was walking with the aid of two crutches and struggling to function normally....... she has come on in leaps and bounds and is now almost back to normal, using a single walking stick when necessary and this is in the main due to Olivia's efforts and compassion. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We were always greeted in a friendly manner by all of the staff in the department. Keep up the good work.

Many thanks

Dear Caoimhin,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience. Our therapists here at University Hospital Wishaw work hard to provide a caring, person centred and quality service.

I'm delighted your daughter is progressing so well with her rehabilitation and I will pass on your kind comments to Olivia.
