"Came back v quick and perfect date"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Bit of a wait to see the doctor very busy dept once in consulting room the  the staff apologised for the room being very small and cramped. At the end of the consultation the doctor said it would be about 4 weeks to receive an appointment for cystoscopy. However this came a about 2 or 3 days later unfortunately the date clashed with other things. Phoned to change appointment date which came back v quick and perfect date as well.   Well done Medway Maritime Hospital
