I am not very well in English and I maybe use wrong words, but I would like to tell thank you very much for your excellent service which I have received today from operational nurse (maybe again I wrote with mistakes). I went today for my blood test. It was always painful for me and I could even faint. the nurse with her wounderful light and skilled arms took blood without any pain fot the first time in my life. Thank you! You have gold hands and kind heart!
