"Amazing Experience"

My husband is very reluctant to see a doctor, he feels in the past the ones he has seen have not given him the time or the personal one to one feel.

Yesterday my husband was taken ill,

I phoned Nuffield Ipswich to see if I could get an appointment. The receptionist was very helpful, it was easy to get an appointment the same day.

Once we arrived the hospital has a very welcoming feel, the staff are very helpful and attentive.

We went straight in to see the Doctor. The doctor was amazing she put my husband at ease, listening to him and writing notes.

She made eye contact all the time, explaining what she would like to do and asking him if it was ok.

The doctor examined my husband and explained what he had and what the next step would be.

I could not fault her at all, she was professional, friendly, warm and so helpful, my husband genuinely felt that she cared, she actually took the time to listen to his answers, she wrote everything down.

It is the first time my husband actually has confidence in a doctor.

If he has to visit a doctor again it will definitely only be at the Nuffield and to see her.

Such a relief to find a well run polite friendly hospital, nothing is too much trouble, we cannot praise them enough.
