"trying to book an appointment"

About: The Bosmere Medical Practice

I have been attempting to book an appointment for three days and have been unsuccessful, was like this the last time I have tried to see a doctor. The receptionist is lovely but hugely frustrating as on Wednesday 03/07/2019 I was on hold for over 35mins, only to be told call back tomorrow or go to the hospital. I have been having problems with my stomach that are starting affect my job and looking to have some test to rule out things that maybe affecting my wellbeing but just hugely frustrated.

I am very sorry that you had difficulty in getting through on the telephone last week.

I appreciate your frustrations.

The demand on our service is always heavy!

NHS Digital has requested that 25% of our clinical appointments are now available using the on-line facility.

This may give you a greater opportunity to get an appointment?

We also have our website where you can send in an E-Consultation which is another way to access our services.

If you would like to become an on-line user, please register at reception (bring photo ID) and then this process can be started for you.
