Over the last 6 months, my dad has been diagnosed with motor neurone and mum with dementure.
The support from NHS has been fantastic from their local GP at Whalley & Sabden Medical Centre to the Motor Neurone team at Royal Preston Hospital.
Someone at hand to help with every hurdle, so wanted to to say Thanks.
