"ENT Department at Lauriston Building"

About: Lauriston Building

(as the patient),

On my first visit to the ENT department I was told I needed to make a separate appointment for a 10 minute allergy test - when I turned up for the test no one seemed to know why I was there. Post-operation I called the nurses at the ENT department at Lauriston buildings and found them to be very rude and dismissive. I felt like I had done something wrong.

Dear KL19

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback with us following your ENT appointment in the Laurieston Building.

I was really sorry to read what happened and can only imagine that this must have been very frustrating for you. I was particularly sorry to read that the staff made you feel as though you had done something wrong. You should not have been made to feel this way and I would sincerely like to apologise for this.

I have shared your feedback with the senior management team and l am sure that they will be disappointed to read to your feedback.

I do hope that should you attend for a future appointment that this goes more smoothly for you and once again please accept my apologies for your experiences.

With best wishes

Jeannette
