"It's ok if you have a simple problem"

The waiting time are decent but they have little access to your medical records and when I went I told told everything they can't do, they can't send information to your go, take bloods or swabs, give any scans do do any tests apart from the usual ops like dipping a stick in urine and taking blood pressure so it ok if you know you have an ear infections or a urine infection and just require some antibiotics, but if you don't know what wrong yourself and require investigation don't bother coming here. The staff were ok however I did not appreciate the nurse hinting that I shouldn't be there as the pain I was in and the bleeding I was experiencing wasn't severe, she was trying to suggest I was being dramatic and insisted my case wasn't urgent and she assumed wrong and had no insight into what was happening, I went to the oadby center to avoid burgening a and e, not to get told off.
