Very disappointed with whole experience Chase farm
Orthodontic dept .We were referred by our orthodontist as my son needed a tooth removed and orthodontic treatment.
After waiting 6 months to be seen my My 13 year old son had his initial consultation in June at chase farm
Hospital . We were seen by consultant orthodontist for 5 minutes who told us she didn’t think he fitted their criteria for treatment as only needed 1 tooth removed and would discuss with colleagues and ring me back in a couple of days . I received no phone call . After endless attempts to get through to appointments at chase farm switch board I was told my son had been discharged . I also left numerous messages on supposed secretary for orthodontics phone but no response . I am amazed that chase farm hospitals individual depts do not have a reception area for each dept .Service is absolutely appalling
And
I am astounded how you can treat people like this !! So my son has been discharged without my knowledge . The question is discharged to where? The orthodontic clinic that referred us has discharged us to Chase farm as needed a tooth removed and they don’t remove teeth . So where do I go from here ????
"Orthodontic treatment"
