.My wife and myself have been patients of D.M.C. SINCE December 2012 when originally @ walderslade surgery and found them to be probably the best in the medway towns at that time as most G.P s in the area had ratings that were not acceptable gemerally speaking and he we are nearly nine years later with standards that dont really match up to modern day standards as follows difficult to get appts when needed repeat prescriptions not ready on ime and often half items changed or missing and as a diabetic this is very important to have them correct and just to say the Pharmacy next oor to the surgery are seconc to none but have to deal wit the knock on effec of lack f communication between dmcand themselves many times a week with the D.M.C. orgaisation currently expanding we shuld expect better service not worse so come D.M.C. get your act together and give us as patients the service we should be getting in 2019 as an e ambulance worker i feel the reception staff need better training as recently i had a letter from dmc requesting a urine sample for testing and was only given half the equpment to carry ot this function namely urine pot but no sample bootle to put it in not good enough is it i think as a final comment ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS THE ANSWER TO ALOT OF THEIR PROBLEMS as a ex military person i know all about that
