"Fantastic care from ward 15 Woodend Hospital"

My granny was being cared for by the staff in ward ward 15 woodend hospital after a deterioration in her physical mobility. Each member of staff that was part of her care made it individual to her whilst delivering it with the upmost genuine care and compassion. The nursing team always took the time to explain all that was happen and ensue my granny was comfortable and happy - and topped up with tea and coffee! The physiotherapy and occupational health department worked so hard to improve her mobility but with genuine care at the heart of what they were doing. She is now home and feeling so much better after a result of outstanding care and kindness from all nursing, medical,physio, OT and domestic staff!
