Just got home with my 16 year old daughter following her orthopaedic surgery and want to say what a pleasure it was to have received her care at the hospital, from domestics, nursing staff and physios they have all been exemplary in their care, attention, and the dignity they showed her, both day care and cedar ward I can’t thank all enough

I was pleased to read that your daughter received such good care during her stay and I hope she is now recovering. We aim to put the patient first at UHCW and I am pleased to know that the staff you mentioned at the Hospital of St Cross are a shining example of this.
