"Somerset Adult Continence Service (21/6/19)"

About: Specialist community health services / Continence service

(as a service user),

Specialist Nurse: Selleck

Clinic: Parkgate House Taunton.

I self referred myself to the clinic, apart from an initial delay in getting an appointment the whole experience was very good. My explanations were accepted, the questioning was sympathetic and relevant and I felt my responses were considered well, it was not a case of predetermined solutions. The advice was always positive, considered ,balanced and alternative ideas offered.

The follow up was prompt and the promised actions carried out. My subsequent questions were answered. I though Nurse Selleck listen carefully and give me positive responses to the points I made, including my diagnostic observations,

An agreed programme has been determines and I am very hopeful that this will go someway to reducing this "social" problem for me.

A very positive experience
