"CBT"

After a number of years suffering from anxiety and depression, i was advised by my gp to do a self referal online. This was followed by a telephone assesment and then a course of CBT. Thanks to my therapists patience, understanding and incredible knowledge, i now have a complete understanding as to why i act/feel and behave the way i do. I have been educated and provided with the tools to lead a normal life again. For somebody that struggled to leave the house unaccompanied six months ago this is one of a number of massive achievements for me. Healthyminds is a fantastic service and i will never be able to thank them enough. I would definately recomend this service.
