"Utter Chaos."

I have had nearly a year of cancelled appointments, noone answering the phone, ignored e mails from Pals service and complaints dept and today my operation was cancelled for the third time the day before I was due to have it. No one cares that is the very sad thing. I was referred from my local hospital to have a tvt tape removed following government guide lines in July 2018 and we are no nearer getting a solution. I suggest you take a long hard look at your procedures that are in place as I do not think you realise how stressful the whole situation is. I am now awaiting a call back from the complaints dept who oromised to call me in five wirking days that was the 23rd May and today is the 17th June. Useless !!
