I visited the Hospital along with my Mother and Nan as my Grandfather was admitted to A&E as an Emergency.
I am a Blue Badge Holder and we parked in a designated Disabled Bay as I have always done at The Royal Marsden Hospital and St Helier Hospital in which we do not pay in Disabled Bays.
2 Hours later we came out, only to find out we have to register the Blue Badge and Car at least 48 Hours prior to visiting the Hospital.. Now we had no idea 48 Hours ago that my Grandfather would be being admitted as an Emergency.
I would appreciate Your comments on this and a reimbursement for our car parking charges
