"EPU visit left me with disapointment and more..."

I visited the EPU at Kidderminster yesterday for a scan and then to see the midwife. The receptionist at level 1 imaging with lovely, the EPU hadn't booked me in even though I had been told 4 weeks prior to come on that day and time but she sorted me out and all with a smile. I was then seen to by a sonographer and assistant. The assistant was lovely, so reassuring and checking that I was ok. The sonographer on the other hand gave me the impression that she could have done without seeing me. As an anxious first time mum who had previously had a private scan 2 weeks prior to be told that I now have a tilted uterus (never been a problem before?) and that she couldn't really see baby but she'll do the best she could was unnerving. She was pushing so hard it was causing me pain and I was never offered an internal ultrasound which would have given a more accurate view if I do infact have a tilted uterus. I did not get to hear the heartbeat, nor was it measured I was just told to look at the flickering. I saw the midwife at EPU afterwards who was lovely as always, but she can only go off of what the sonographer has said which is that everything is fine. In summary, I am very disatisfied with the treatment by the sonographer. I visited the EPU due to anxiety and the worry that something was wrong and I didn't leave feeling like I had been treated like an anxious mother, I felt as though I was treated as an inconvience.
