"Miserable staff"

About: Croydon University Hospital

We found the reception staff very unfriendly and quite robotic. One didn’t even bother to look up when we walked in. They could do with some care and compassion when talking to patients who may be nervous or have other problems, Why work there if you’re going to be miserable to patients.

I am sorry that your visit resulted in a poor experience - this is not the service that we aim to offer our patients.

I can't change your experience but we can investigate what went wrong and we can put it right for future similar situations.
