Dear Team at Day Procedures Unit at Solihull hospital,

I would like to thank you for the care and attention given to me on the day of my procedure. Everything was explained to me properly from the moment I stepped foot in the unit. The nurses, anaesthetist and assistants were amazing. Comforting me throughout the whole process.

The surgeon explained everything to me properly and came back to see me and to tell me what was done. I really can’t thank you enough.

Extremely professional staff.

I sincerely appreciate it.

It is lovely to read that staff reassured you during your stay at the Day Procedure Unit at Solihull Hospital, and that all the staff were tentative.

I appreciate that being an inpatient can be a very worrying and anxious time; however I am pleased that it was made easier by the dedication and the professionalism of the staff.
