"Keep up the great work"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Was admitted with suspected stroke symptoms. Examined by (female) doctor at A&E. Very pleasant doctor and very thorough examination. I felt in good hands. Was then admitted to ward 3E where I had been before. The guys and girls in this ward were absolutely fabullous and very caring an welcoming.

Very good staff members in this ward who made you feel right at home. Hospital food was really good, hot and some good variations of mea

would definitely not hesitate to come back to Crosshouse Ward 3E as staff and meals and general nursing duties are fabulous.

Keep up the great work guys and girls from Crosshouse 3E

Dear woodpigeonzx88,

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience on care opinion. It is great to read your feedback and lovely comments from admission to emergency department through to the stroke unit.

As well as all the investigations, monitoring and treatment equally important is care and compassion. I am delighted that you found staff to be caring and making you feel more relaxed. We are fortunate to have an excellent on site catering department. They will be pleased that you enjoyed the food and the variety during your stay.

The team will be delighted to read your comments. I hope you are now recovering well.

Best wishes,

Christine
