"Paramedic was absolutely brilliant"

I had to call out an emergency doctor several times for my parents.  They had both been very ill for different reasons.

on 3 occasions Nicholas attended the call out.

He was absolutely brilliant, he was professional, knowledgeable, caring and very thorough. He even identified that my Dad was prescribed 2 medications that conflicted each other.  He also spoke with my Dad's cardiologist to ensure stopping his heart medication was OK.

Thank you so much Nicholas you have been brilliant.  I can not tell you how much that means to me.  You are an asset to say the least.
