"This place is a joke"

it wabt that ling ago that things here had got really good, When I phoned it got answered quickly and could mostly get to see a doc very quickly. When I wanted my flu hab i didnt have to waiit long and when i needed to speak to someone the manager was great. He didnt look down on me and rely wanted to help.

I dont kno whats happened but since last year everything has gone wrong. I cant get thro on the phone and can never get an meeting with the doctors. No point in complaining cos you dont get believed or listend too. The waiting room is horible and the seats are total rubbish. Why has it all gone wrong and why wont the manager speak to us like he used to.

cant rely stay here when your treated like rubbish and i am warning other people who are thinking of joining to stay away for your own sake
