"Absolutely ridiculous"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Respiratory medicine

It has taken me two phones calls and just over a month to receive my CPAP mask, I also spoke to them about having having plastic clips instead of having the magnetic ones because I have a machine in my chest that cannot have any magnets near it, I've spoken to the numerous amounts of times about it in the past and also as on this occasion, but still received the magnet ones, it's a good job I still have my old plastic ones but even they're starting to wear down now so I may just have to return the machine if I don't receive any plactic clips next time and risk going it alone with my sleep apnea. Thank you NHS you're great in most departments but not this one.
