Give It’s very easy in this day and age to complain about bad service but I would just like to express my thanks to all the people involved in my operation, with every interaction I felt that I was treated with respect and kindness which goes a long way at a worrisome time. I have been fortunate in my life to have very rarely need to access the NHS and it’s easy to focus on the poor outcomes which invariably hit the press so just to try to redress the balance please express my gratitude to the whole team who were great, on discharge I hardly needed any painkillers and am now pretty much back to normal.
