"Made me feel very uncomfortable"

When I came on to the ward for a day care appointment, and booked myself in, I was met by laughing staff joking around and made me feel very uncomfortable. I feel I was given strange looks from these staff members as well who were working on the unit. I have been having regular appointments in Marina and dread going to them each time as I feel the staff are very rude and I feel like they are judging me all the time. Also with sneaky comments. I thought I’d need to give some feedback about the service I have been receiving recently as I don’t think it’s acceptable.
