"The staff were delightful!"

I took my father to Abergele hospital, to the eye clinic.

I spent just over an hour in the waiting room whilst he had his treatments and during my time there I noticed that every single one of the staff were delightful! I witnessed several doctors and nurses escorting people in and out of the waiting room with a smile and a friendly greeting. 

They were all working so efficiently I felt it was important to tell people what a great job these nhs staff are doing!
