"Mum's outpatient experience"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a relative),

I am telling this story on behalf of my 88 year old Mum.   Mum attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital Dermatology for biopsies on her leg, face and neck. Mum was a little anxious about the procedure but the nursing practitioners who cared for her were absolutely brilliant. I was in the treatment room along with Mum and I'd like to commend Kirsty, Pamela and Tracy for their professional and caring manner towards my Mum.   Thank you so much and apologies for taking so long to post this story!

Thank you for leaving feedback about your mums recent visit to our clinic, I have shared this with our team.

It can be an anxious time to come into hospital for a procedure or to have a loved one attending for a procedure, we try to be mindful of this and to alleviate as much anxiety as possible.

Having you in the room would reassure you both.

I am pleased this was a positive experience for you both.

I hope your mums wounds are healing well.

Thanks again.

Kirsty.
