"Showed Outstanding Care"

I have been under the care of Carlene, the Specialist Nurse at the Pelvic Floor Unit St Thomas’. I have a complex medical history. And spent six weeks in hospital recently.

Carlene showed outstanding Care, Competence and Commitment. She took a very holistic approach to all my medical problems which is lacking from most care providers. She also communicated very well with me and all the other departments. Her documentation of our meetings was very accurate and also outstanding. After my recent hospital stay she gave me time to recuperate mentally and physically before wanting to progress on less urgent matters. She was very kind and caring throughout. She was easy to talk to about a possible embarrassing subject. Thank you Carlene.
