"Above and beyond care"

I was briefly under the care of the Gillies dressing clinic at Nottingham City Hospital recently and had the fortune to be seen by Sarah. She not only looked after my wound making positive changes to the GP surgery's dressing regime helping my delayed wound to heal at last but also helped facilitate an ultrasound scan that had seemed to have been forgotten. She made contact with me on several occasions to update me on the progress of my appointments and actually made sure they happened! I was only a brief patient there but her care and professionalism was very much appreciated and admired. I have put in praise via PALS but not sure if the email went through correctly. I'm sure Sarah will remember who I am. A well deserved thank you.
