(as a parent/guardian),

Long awaited appointment for our daughter. Very quiet and clean waiting area. 

We were seen on time by a lovely physiotherapist who took time to interact with our daughter and listen to our concerns. She was polite, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. 

She explained the treatment plan very carefully and made sure we fully understood what needed to be done. 

She was very gentle when handling our daughter and was kind and understanding.

First class service. The NHS at its best.
