"Ward 216 short stay"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

I have had the misfortune of attending ward 216, not just for a day or two, but for nearly two weeks.

I could not have been placed in the most comforting, helpful, supportive place for my extended stay.

The hostesses got to know me, remembered my name, preferences and kept making me laugh.

The staff were brilliantly professional, but never gave you the idea that they were rushed and had plenty of time for you.

I cannot praise them enough and, if I have the misfortune of having to come back again, then I actually look forward to visiting them all.
