"Total Lack of Information or Urgency in A&E"

When visiting A&E there appears to be a complete lack of care, urgency, refusal to give information on waiting times is insulting. A MacDonald's style ticketing system wouldbe helpful. A feeling that staff are, not interested. No nurse checking on people in waiting area. Why should you be made to feel guilty for visiting A&E.
No sign on an triage or scheduling.
