Received physio and exercise support for an ongoing cronic muscle injury. The therapist there was great, supporting my mental as well as physical needs.
This helped me understand what i was trying to accomplish with the excercise.
It was a journey, but I am left in a much better position now with knowledge of how to manage any flair ups that may occur.
