"Praise for the Day Surgery Unit of the..."

I would like to thank all the staff at the Day Surgery Unit of the Endoscopy Department for the care and consideration shown to me on April 30th 2019. Every member of the team, from the moment that I entered the Unit, treated me with a high level of professionalism, and made the visit as ‘pleasant’ as it could possibly be. Each procedure that I was to have, was thoroughly explained to me before hand, so that I felt calm through the whole experience. The cup of tea and slices of toast, given to me after the treatment, were utterly delicious!! Thank you all. Sylvia Rutter
