"I didn't have to wait long"

About: Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I attended at the Radiology Department at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. This was a walk-in appointment having been referred by my own GP. I did not have to wait long after I booked in and I was seen by a very helpful and pleasant radiologist called Pam who proceeded to take three x-ray pictures of my left knee and then stated that these would be passed on to my own GP. The x-rays failed to show the problems that I am presently experiencing with my left knee and my GP has now written to the Orthopaedic Department at the Victoria Hospital in a bid to get to the bottom of my existing  knee / leg problems. It was good to go through the x-ray process even although it failed to show anything worthwhile. I even managed to secure a parking space in the visitors car park which is most unusual.

Dear Hector 52,

Thank you so much for this feedback I will pass this onto the Assistant Practitioner who took your x-rays.

I hope your next experience is just as good.
