I visited the ENT department today and I would like to comment on how kind and professional everyone I met was from the nurses/ admin staff to the surgeon. In the past my experience hasn’t been great but today was exceptional and both the ENT staff and pre op staff in Plane tree clinic went over and beyond with their service.
