"Cancelled Appointment with little notice"

Phoned to have my appointment for the next day cancelled - not enough doctors. Was told at last appointment to come back in 6 months but clerk said only allowed follow-up in 9 months. Now a clerk has decided to cancel my appointment and has no idea when I'll be seen again. This place claims to be a center of excellence - I haven't seen any excellence.
