"Fantastic stuff treatment and professionally"

Despite the not very nice reviews I read online before coming to the Moorfields Eye Hospital, I have been amazed by the treatment and professionally of all the staff at every step from my entrance to my exit in this centre. From receptionists to nurses, students, doctors and pharmacists, everyone treated me with the highest respect, dignity and care expected from a highly regarded institution as this Hospital. Different members of the staff kept me and my partner informed all the way about the next steps of the procedure in the test of my eyes. The staff creates a clean, productive, professional and polite working environment. Their work is competent, basing their diagnosis in test results (observation). The waiting times between eye treatments were very reasonable according to the amount of people on queue. My summary is that I have been very satisfied in the treatment I had received at this Hospital both as a patient and as a person. I would recommend it to anyone. I have not a single reason I could complain on my experience as a patient in this Hospital, they are fantastic.
