I visited the walk in centre today (May 27th 2019) and as soon as I approached the walk in centre reception, the person behind the desk was immediately rude to me with absolutely no reason and snapped at me to wait over by a post to be seen. She said WAIT!. I proceeded to sit next to the post in eye shot of both of the reception staff. The desk was clear however both staff members started to talk to each other and blatantly ignore me. I approached the desk and asked politely do I need to fill in a form to be seen. The second receptionist talked to me like I was something she had just scraped out of her shoe and snapped, We didn't see you, you were supposed stand there, pointing to the post. I was sat right next to the post and both receptionist could see me clearly waiting however chose to ignore me. I told the second receptionist that the first person knew I was waiting as she had already told me to wait, not stand, then both of them decided to launch into a shouting match with me and were absolutely disgusting and rude to be, almost to the point that both of them were actually trying to bully me into making me look like an idiot. They did this in front of all the other people waiting. I wasn't the only person that the treated with disdain, their attitude toward other people whilst I was sat there was nothing short if rude, disrespectful, unjustified and just plain disgusting. People go there for help, not to be verbally abused and treated like dirt. I will never enter this hospital, even if my life depended on it
