"Wonderful support on hand"

We would like to share how delighted we are with our health visitor, Abby.  

Abby has always been very professional and thorough, as well as kind, helpful and understanding. We recently had an issue rearranging our baby’s jabs, after the practice had to cancel the initial appointment. Abby was really helpful at answering our questions and chasing this up for us. Perhaps best of all she was very understanding of our concern and never made us feel pushy or demanding for following up (sadly not true of all staff we spoke with).

Any time we call Abby she calls us back promptly, takes time to understand our concerns and her advice is always helpful and practical. She also always encourages us to call back if we have further worries.  

We are really grateful to know we have such wonderful support on hand!
